So here is something I saw a few months ago in regards to designer productivity. This is a product developed by the Behance network. It involves breaking down and labeling different steps and parts of creative process and assigning actions to different parts of the process. This is an interesting idea. This is not exactly the direction I want to go but perhaps somewhere in this direction as far as deliverables.
